The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking large family dinners, as well as a kitchen table that can seat up to 10, plus 3 seats at the kitchen bar. There is a great outdoor dining table as well, perfect for enjoying the ocean views on a beautiful day. There are many fantastic seating options all along the 2 story covered decks to take in the amazing views.
Don't worry about overpacking as all the needed beach amenities are provided including Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, kids' beach toys, 2 beach carts, and 2 beach cruiser bicycles.
Featuring two master bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), this home is perfect for two families looking to book together to enjoy a wonderful vacation at the beach. In addition, there is a small bedroom with a queen bed as well as a bunk room complete with 2 custom built-in bunk beds, the perfect space for the kids to call their own. The 5th bedroom is located on the top level and is a sunroom that has been redesigned as an additional sleeping area, perfect for a single looking for their own space and very well may have the best views in the entire house. Currently in progress is the conversion of a ground-level room into a 6th bedroom/efficiency complete with a Queen Bed, 1/2 bath, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
Part of the renovation includes all new furniture throughout the house including brand new beds and mattresses in every room. Featuring the Zinus Green Tea mattresses in all the adult spaces as well as new Simmons memory foam mattresses in the bunk room, coupled with all new linens and bedding, no detail was overlooked to try and make the space as comfortable as possible.

We have an excellent Housekeeper that will care for your home prior to your arrival, We also have a service contract in place for any HVAC issues knowing how critical that can be in the prime summer months.
Neighborhood overviewThe house is located 2 miles West once exiting the causeway onto the Ocean Blvd. We are exactly 1/2 mile from the pier which means the local market, surf shop, and ice cream store are an easy walk or bike ride away. Easy 60 second walk to beach access.
